My main role is to ensure the delivery of marketing materials across a multi-disciplinary team on time and on budget, with a superior level of quality. In this role, I am responsible for all visual brandcommunications and integration of the company mission, vision, values. It is my job to provideclear direction and insight for the team to ensure impactful creative work.

• Manage and be responsible for a team of three to five direct and indirect-reports day to day operations, coordinating projects and approval of final designs.
 

• Designed, developed and implemented two complete re-brandings from logos, packaging, marketing materials, vehicle wraps, trade
show displays and everything inbetween.

 

• Responsible for simultaneous creative projects to meet market needs while achieving corporate goals, tight deadlines and budget restrictions.
 

• Responsible for weekly and monthly presentations of creative work to internal and external  customers as well as global leadership teams.
 

• Partner with product managers to define strategies that align business and customer needs.
 

• Create, implement and oversee file archiving system to ensure working files would be available for external customers and international affiliates.
 

• Responsible for quality control, proofing and adherence to brand standards of all finalized artwork for entire team.
